Abstract474)      PDF (394KB)(247)

According to the insufficiency of the corrosion data from the submarine pipeline, a method to predict the corrosion rate of corrosive submarine pipelines based on grey theory was proposed. Based on the GM(1,1) of grey theory, the corrosion rate of submarine pipelines can be forecasted with just a small sample data. The software of four data GM(1,1) model, five data GM(1,1) model and interface of metabolic GM (1,1) were established with VS2010 thereby providing a scientific basis for the prediction of corrosive rate of the pipeline with little original corrosion data. The results show that the software has good prediction accuracy, with which the prediction of the corrosive rate of the submarine pipelines can be attained.

Abstract458)      PDF (338KB)(460)

The areas that city gas pipelines distributed in always crowd with people and buildings, and once gas releases through damaged pipes, accidents would happen involving substantial economic losses and even victims amongst the population. Therefore, in order to quantify the hazards of city gas leak, different leakage and diffusion models were established according the characters of gas and the damage. The diffusion model of unsteady leakage of gas pipeline and the damaging and destroying areas were established. Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technique the diffusion range of leaked gas during accident of underground gas pipeline that caused by the third party damage was studied. According to the results, the dispersion of the leaked gas was obtained and provide the theory basis for safety operation of city gas pipelines.

The offshore oil and gas production in Bohai sea is subject to the influences of ice in winter. The disasters caused by sea ice in Bohai sea were briefly reviewed. The features of Bohai sea and the ice conditions were studied. In the analysis of sea ice on marine structures based on their harmful effects, and with the help of ANSYS infinite element analysis software, the anti-ice performance of vertical structures and conical structures was compared and analyzed. The results show that the horizontal force can be reduced effectively by conical structures. The characteristics and performance of jacket platform and artificial island have been discussed. The design and promotion of anti-ice structure should be combined with environmental parameters, and the warning mechanism and emergency plan should also be established based on historical and investigation data.

Abstract430)      PDF (207KB)(349)

The steam injection boiler of Liaohe oil field Jinzhou oil extraction factory produces steam with recycling water. Because of water quality over standard, silica and salt fouling and crystallizing resulted in over temperature of the tube in superheated region, allowed stress decreases sharply and explosion of tube. With maximum flame diameter 3 m, it is happen that silica and salt fouling and crystallizing at the same time resulted in explosion of tube. The main method to solve above problem is decrease steam dryness or alternative variation, and the two worst working conditions  don′t  occurred at same time.
